Help manage multiple Salesforce instances for customer organizations. Worked on merging different salesforce instances into one. Regularly use declarative development to build out new functionality. Works in Salesforce to keep the Roles, Profiles, and security settings up to date. Works on improving and optimizing the system for the different use cases of our different departments.

- In charge of processing donations and entering them into Salesforce so that appropriate 'Thank You' processes can be enacted for all donations.- Development teams liaison with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy of everything in Saleforce relating to Accounts Receivable; reconciles the Development teams database with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy with all donation data.- Works together with the Regional Development Officers and their support team to improve accuracy of donor data. As an Educational Programs Intern:Researched online education market to identify gaps the Institute could potentially fill.Provided direct administrative and technical support for the Institute’s educational programs.Communicated with participants concerning program action items; managed rosters for course offerings.Compiled and analyzed feedback for program performance. Helped the organization of the 18th Annual Pilgrimage for Restoration by facilitating communications via email and phone between the Director and other Department heads to ensure a smooth and safe pilgrimage in September for the more the 300 attendees. Also aided in keeping the NCCL donation records.

Researched applicable federal grant opportunities for constituents, municipalities, organizations, and businesses in Pennsylvania; reported my findings to the Grants Coordinator. Filed casework on the Senator’s online database.
