Working to streamline processes to help reduce costs, while improving services.Project management of the implementation process of any technology and solutions by engaging with various business units through to completion within agreed timescales.

This field-based role entails management of an account core of 100 mid-high level companies with a revenue base of £50,000-200,000 per annum within Cumbria and the Scottish Borders area. It involves operating a close working relationship with both the internal and external customers, and a high level of B2B sales.• The ability to source new opportunities through warm leads where the customer has approached UPS or through the process of cold calling, which requires the ability to turn the customers slight concerns with their existing situation into major issues• Ability to tie existing customers into the company on a long-term basis through good interpersonal skills and relationship building, but also through good service and gaining the customers confidence in your ability. • Extending from good relationships with the existing customer this will ultimately lead to securing any additional business UPS do not currently hold, thus in the long term tie the customer into an exclusive contract.• Offering customers UPS’ vast portfolio of automated solutions, demonstrating how their solutions will offer positive advantages over the competition. This involved presenting an in-depth working knowledge of all the services and systems and possessing the ability to relate it to the individual and their business need, ultimately securing the business offering a solution that will be mutually beneficial to both the customer and UPS.

Responsible for managing and motivating team of between 10 – 12 customer service agents. Primary role is ensuring excellent quality customer service is maintained and monitored. Also responsible for ensuring team meet and exceed established service level agreements across all aspects of performance. Enhancing team members’ ability, expanding their skill set within current role while developing them for future positions within other departments. Responsible for planning monthly activity to ensure all targets are met, reviewing and adapting set activity where necessary.
