Johnson Controls and Tyco were merged in early 2017, after then legacy Tyco Korea 3 legal companies and JCI Korea 1 legal company were consolidated as 1 JCI Korea legal entity on 31, Oct., '2017.So, I changed my position from Tyco Korea, Seaplus, General Manager to JCI, Maritime & Off-shore Solutions Asia, Sales Director from 1st of Nov., '2017.

I am in charge of Fire Protection System sales, construction, maintenance and after service for land market here in Korea, and also handle export for oversea project to work with EPCs, as Sales Director at Tyco DBE.Now I have another P&L responsibility for Marine Fire Market sales business division at Tyco Seaplus in Busan, Korea from 2014, Mar. as my dual job.It's difficult to go and come between Seoul and Busan, however this is fun to get to know new people, new market and new circomstance....^^

Tyco Kr Dbe In Seoul And Tyco Seaplus In Busan, South Korea

My responsibilities at Tyco / Seaplus in Busan Sales Division including customer service organization take care of Marine market sales and service from March. '2014 as a additonal dual job with Sales division at Tyco / DBE in Seoul to take care of Land market sales. Both companies serve the Fire Protection System, however land and marine application are totally different. Now, I have fun and enjoy the new position at different place here in Busan and Seoul alternatly every other week.

I've been working for Tyco Seaplus from March. '2014 as sales director and was appointed as a General Manager from 21. Mar. '2015. Just a little bit worry about recent bad ecconomic condition, but I do my best to figure out the problem. Also considering how to make motivation and spread passion to everyone, it won't be easy however must be necessary. especially under like this and next year such a very tough market situation. Looking back, I used to manage difficult matters or organization, but I always succeed. I will be back here next year, then evaluate whether or not I succeed.

Seoul And Busan

I've dual job as Sales Senior Director at DBE and Seaplus both from March. '2014. At DBE, my responsibility was Fire Detection Electrical Part, but now including Fire Fighting Part as well from June this year '2015. Continually to take care of Seaplus Sales and C/S Division, so that come and go between Seoul and Busal every week.... WOW!!! This is 600Km long... Thankfully, both companies sales division is growing especially big numbers for Seaplus and will meet the target in FY15.
