Performed property underwriting and financial calculations on a Phoenix, multifamily property using a DCF analysis and direct capitalization approach to estimate the profit return and equity multiple utilizing a 50% LTV.Eastdil Secured (Spring ‘24)-Performed a valuation of two office properties in Chicago using a DCF analysis to estimate returns. Based on our analysis, and other market research, we provided guidance to Eastdil Secured to sell the properties.

Performed Real-Estate market surveys in local South Florida residential and commercial markets to assist General Appraisers with data collection. Worked with ARGUS Enterprise software to help input and compute property valuations by calculating the NOI and utilizing the direct capitalization approach.

FinancED Inc. is a non-profit organization with the goal of teaching financial literacy to the youth of South Florida. We conduct interviews and podcasts with experienced business professionals, and we also push out educational content via our website to teach a curriculum of content to help one become financially literate. In order to reach the youth of South Florida we operate a social media account to connect with our target audience.
