I enjoyed this role although a tough job it was also very rewarding, through the summer I worked in an extremely busy environment with the struggle of always being understaffed. Having to deal with customer complaints was a skill I already had from retail however with Hospitality I further developed it due to the fact that hospitality, is very different because of the need to create a perfect dining experience and ensure the customers journey is as smooth as can be.It was always a pleasure to come to work as I was part of a very close team which helps me to see the benefits of Synergy and Team Cohesion. Getting to know the locals here was a pleasure as in a smaller village you tend to see the same faces, I know the importance for interpersonal skills in Business and this role certainly proves that I have developed them. I had multiple responsibilities at this job, completing a variety of different tasks, in this role I would work in a small team within a very busy environment.
