Vendor assistance• 10-month IPO engagement assisting a client in the automotive industry.• My task was to prepare the financial data packs providing accurate oversight at both management and statutory levels for trading updates, financial modelling of group entities and drafting of offer documents.• Worked closely with the executive team, legal advisors, investigative accountants and joint-lead managers.Strategic review• Prepared the review of a multi-national’s subsidiary in the FMCG sector. The review ultimately led to the subsidiary being closed.• My task was to facilitate client workshops, perform financial and market analysis and draft the report.Buyside support• PwC deal team for the acquisition of a technology consulting business.• My task was to prepare the financial support pack for the transaction, manage the FDD questions and draft the financial section of the investment proposition.• Financial support pack preparation included historic normalisations, financial forecasting and analysis of key KPI’s.Valuation• Prepared a number of valuation reports using both DCF and Capitalisation of Earnings approaches. • Prepared two expert witness models that were subsequently presented in the high court. One of which involved drafting of an expert witness statement.• Preparation of a PPA for a large healthcare company following its acquisition.

• Preparation of annual compliance (financial statements and income tax returns) for a number of well-funded start-ups within the deep tech sector and for high net wealth individuals.• Advised clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial property.• Supervision of juniors and delegation when preparing financial statements.• Supported clients in their application for hi-tech focused government grants.• Client relationship management.• Leader of the mid-market tribe which included running weekly meetings about team direction and workflow.During the Covid-19 pandemic I helped to facilitate a series of business continuity workshops designed to help businesses through the challenging market circumstances. The workshops addressed five key topics being; People & Leadership, Liquidity & Financial Management, Market Access & Customers, Supply Chain Management and Positioning for Recovery.
