Max alongside his father Toby, set up MCDL which acts as the development arm of their business. Through the outcome of several asset management strategies on different properties, hotel and retail developments have been sought as exits. During the first year of the business, the company managed to forward fund over £13m of transactions and bring to the market c150 keys and c10,000sqft of retail space.

We imagined the different settings that PAF would be drank in, what the light would be like, how it would sit on a table or be enjoyed on a cobbled English beach. We then put all these wonders into action and with a little help from the sunlight, the warm and hazy PAF aesthetic came to life.PAF have also partnered up with Hungerford Park Estate by producing a delicious raspberry and rhubarb cider perfect for those hazy summer evenings. Designed to be shared, mixed with gin and tonic, drank in a tumbler with ice and slice of fruit, PAF has a new take on a fruit cider.Enjoyed on the beach or shared at a picnic with friends, we wanted to immerse the drinker in the PAF scene with creating warm and inviting images to inspire and invite. Having managed to acquire the long leasehold of a 27,000sq ft office block in Swindon for HPL, which was then assigned to Maritime Capital Ltd. Max was then hired by MC to asset manage the property.
