1.Technical SupportResponsible for industrial biocides technical services. Assisting sales to visit customers, recommend bioicide doseage, adjust the process to solve pollution problems.2. Laboratory testingResponsible for laboratory management, testing arrangements.

1. Responsible for all tests in Microbiological labIndustrial field:：microbiological screen test, culture& identification & stock for strain, wet state challenge test against bacteria and yeast, dry film fungi/algal and antibacterial test, HPLC analysis for active concentration, etc;Personal care field：total microbial colony count, challenge test follow by USP51/CTFA/BP and etc against bacteria, yeast and fungi, Disinfectant test;2. Technical SupportWork cooperatively with sales team to design test program, give the correspond suggestion to customer's on-site problems;Prepare reports and evaluations on data obtained from experimentations and give the conclusions and recommendations to persons concerned;;Give training for new employee;3. Lab ManagementLab consumable purchase, Lab equipment maintenance, Lab disposable samples treatment according local regulation, etc; Maintenance and update lab database information;Arrangement for company samples sending to customer;Lab safty
