As the project manager, lead a cross culture team in the extensioin and improvment projects in Japan Dairy plant, including iced water system, compressed air system, substation and WWTP, covering all phases of project from inititation, planning, execution, commissioning, qualification to final acceptance, in terms of safety, quality, scope, timline cost and motivition.Develop the application of advanced technoloyies and Danone globle standards in utility for all plants in AP region to reduce the energy & water consumption and improve the productivty. Support all plants in region for utility bottle neck sizing, masterplan and trouble shooting.

Total investment 200 million RMB, total construction area 40 thousand sq meter.During the period of design, review the drawing of water supply, fire fighting, utility and HVAC. Ensure all design will meet both the national regulation and Henkel’s standard. Cooperate with DI to work out the spec of all utility equipment, such as thermal oil boiler, chiller, air compressor and pumps. Meanwhile, in charge the suppliers qualification and biding of all above equipments.During the construction period, lead 4 engineers to take the responsibilities of the installation of all equipment and piping of process, water supply, fire fighter and HVAC. The main jobs are quality control, schedule control, management of change of design, checking cost of change and coordination of different construction contractors.

Total investment 40 million RMB, total construction area 6.5 thousand sq meterReview the detailed design of process, general layout, architecture, water supply, fire fighter and HVAC to ensure all following the need of project. Especially the design of fire fighting need to meet both national regulation and FM standard as Henkel SHE request.Responsible for the technical spec identification, biding and contract negotiation of all process equipment and utility equipment, such as mixer, containment vessel, pump, scrubber, air compressor, chiller, DI water system, waste water treatment system and FM fire fighting pump set.During the construction period, in charge of all piping and equipment installation works. Main jobs include construction and contractor management, quality control, schedule control, budget control, management of change and coordination work between different contractors. After the installation, also be in charge of equipment trial run & commissioning and punch list jobs.

Projects experience: modification of material transferring pipeline, steam condensate water recycle system, finish good conveying system etc. In charge of the scope definition, contractor management, SHE control, schedule control, budget control, commissioning test and keep good communication with customer.Lead 7 operators to be in charge of the Utility operation, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and also relevant contractor management, including: steam boiler, hot oil boiler, air compressor, fire fighting system, chiller and water recycle system, DI water system, cooling tower and cooling water recycle system, waste water treatment plant, nitrogen supply system, HVAC system.
