Experienced business analyst manager, business analyst, purchasing associate, project manager, and logistics coordinator. Primarily working in the fields of medical insurance gap coverage, and commercial construction. From my variety of work experience I have found there are 5 key skills I excel at:1.) Integrity - As a leader I find that delegation is not the solution to everything. It is important that whatever standards I create I equally uphold and manage. If I do not have a solid response to information requested I will make it clear and concise that I will provide an answer upon confirmation. False information or misinformation can lead to a teams failure.2.) Work-Life Integration - In all the positions I have held I am able to manage the relationships inside and outside of work to a professional degree. The understanding that some days will have more work then others is crucial to my success.3.) Innovation - Regardless of industry there is always an opportunity to reduce potential waste of resources. Through working in various fields I am able to come in with an outside perspective and enlist opinions from a variety of individuals for precise feedback and plans to improve.4.) Communication - Job titles and role distinction are important but everyone has a voice. I use mine consistently to look out for the good of the company regardless of structure. Communicating with teams that directly report or teams that have affiliation are equally important to me.5.) Adaptability - Sometimes projects can go sideways and require extra help from everyone on the team. While it is important to motivate and inspire a team I find that it is equally important to get down in the dirt to bring a project to completion. High stress environments are where I succeed where others may fail. I will always take the opportunity for a conversation.
