About Max Malmud

Max Malmud is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a B.Ed. in Secondary Education, and a current graduate student in pursuit of his M.Ed. in Global Education and International Curriculum Studies. He has years of experience focused on the development, management, study, and education of diverse and inclusive learning communities, curriculums, and programs. As a queer, hapa-identifying individual, Max also has a diverse lived experience that allows him to connect deeply with cross-cultural and underrepresented groups, fueling his passion to act as an advocate for these groups while impacting progress toward restorative justice.
