Spent a year and a half working as part of a small (10-15) person team to deploy and manage devices in the homes of participants in pharmaceutical studies. Rewrote AWS Cloudformation deployment of kubernetes cluster and related resources in Terraform to allow for more reliable automation. Implemented certificate chaining system to allow devices and other resources to securely authenticate with each other. Built a continuous deployment system for easy, fast, and reliable deployment. Worked on many parts of a few django backends, including adding an efficient auditing system to keep track of change history.

Taught sailing to adults and persons with disabilities at the oldest and largest community sailing center in the country. Worked to keep the dock running safely and efficiently for our 4000+ members.

Coached high school students through the fall season of sailing.

Independently designed and built an inexpensive autonomous surface level vehicle using Robot Operating System (ROS) and inexpensive LIDAR using Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM).

Employed by CDD to create a web app to display real-time bus data on tablets. Collaborated with MBTA software engineers and designers on design and development. Tablets are currently deployed in storefronts throughout the city.
