Max has a proven track record in Project and Engineering Management services with 40 years mining experience associated with Capital and Operational green and brown field projects. The last 10 years have been working on the BHPBIO Iron Ore expansion program as a Project Manager for the FASTJV a joint venture between multi national engineering companies Fluor and SKM.In addition to the Iron Ore Industry Max has worked with a number of mining and engineering companies where initially his career started with Renison Goldfields supporting their Mineral sands division, mainly up and down the East coast of Australia and then expanding into Western Australia and USA. Max also has an in-depth knowledge maintenance and operational requirements and is execution focused, he has strong interpersonal skills and has gained a reputation for developing teams and contractor relationships to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
