Built the FlexGen Remote Operations Center from a bare space to a full 24/7 operations program. Major program areas include hiring strategy, operator training, standard operating procedures, customer onboarding, technology infrastructure, NERC compliance, and product offerings. The FlexGen ROC currently monitors 60+ battery energy storage sites with 3.5 Gwh of combined capacity. Championed the creation ofthe Perfomance Engineering group. The Performance Engineering Group uses real-world performance data to identify root cause corrective actions and performance optimization opportunities. The combined efforts of FlexGen's 24/7 Remote Operations Center and Performance Engineering group ensure battery sites under our care perform to their design specifications.

In 2019 drove $120k in savings by completing typically outsourced projects in-house. Achieved 98.7% critical machine availability by enabling proactive maintenance with an energy monitoring SCADA system.Enabled a 10 hour reduction in a critical part cycle time by deploying a machine monitoring system to track operator interventions. Developed PLC based control and datalogging system for induction heat treating system.
