Hello, my name is Max Kleinman and I am a marketing student at Miami University's Farmer School of Business. In my early studies, I knew that I wanted to study business and I chose marketing because I had a fascination on how consumers behaved and always wondered how companies used their methodology to attract people to their business. In my first few years at the Farmer School of Business, I was eager to add new useful skills to my resume, and it became apparent that Miami was introducing me to concepts and resources that I was never able to use for my education before. Throughout my few years at Miami thus far, I have been put in situations where I am able to put my leadership, critical decision making, and creativity to the test. In the past year, I have been given numerous opportunities to start gaining some real educational experiences. I have been placed on numerous teams through Miami classes as well as my most recent Internship with WorkPlay Branding where I got the chance to work with others and display my skills on numerous projects. On these projects I got to conduct market research, incorporate consumer insights into a marketing plan, and created attractive presentations and other visual products, some of which were consumed by customers. In the most recent stage of my growth, I have also gotten added great deal of experience in professionalism in a workplace and have gained a great deal of experience in professional writing and overall presentation ability. In the upcoming year, it is my intention to graduate from Miami University and begin my career in the workforce. Once I enter the workforce, it is very important for me to find a company in which I have great opportunity to showcase my capabilities and how I can be an asset right away. I am confident in my readiness to be an impactful, professional employee. I believe I can add a new perspective when it comes to using my analytical and problem solving skills.
