Having operated in CFO, COO and Head of Business positions Max’s strengths lie in Strategic Development, Business Planning and M & A. Max Kufa was previously a pivotal contributor to the growth experienced by the Crosby Group, an organisation synonymous with many landmark residential developments in the UK’s provincial cities. From a fledgling business in 1997, it grew substantially through the period up to 2005, resulting in a disposal to the Lend Lease Corporation for £260 million.
