Responsibility & Achievement:- Manage equity index tracking portfolios (incl. ETFs) and other passively managed portfolios (e.g. leveraged portfolios).- Design and improve the operation flows of the whole investment management, compliance checking, securities trading and settlement process.- Conduct analysis and provide recommendation regarding the risk control of the portfolios.- Produce performance reports for institutional clients.- Explore the opportunities in launching new portfolios / restructuring old portfolios that invest in different markets globally.- Proactively contribute to the launch of index tracking funds, particularly the Hang Seng China A Industry Top Index ETF, which is the first-in-market locally managed RQFII ETF.
