Working on Study Startup, an application built on Veeva’s Vault platform. Study Startup helps organizations manage the processes involved in starting up a clinical trial.

Developing software that automatically extracts enzymatic reaction data from scientific research articles using natural language processing and cheminformatics. Technical tasks to complete the project include scraping training data from enzyme databases, tagging chemical entities in the training data, building a cheminformatics pipeline to validate.

Worked on Veeva's document classifiers with the Clinical AI Team.Created a tag to automatically mark misclassified documents. Debugged a production issue on AWS regarding a memory error with simultaneous loading and unloading of models. Optimized tokenizer serialization, resulting in ~100x improvements to memory and model load time.

Researched novel technical Web3 topics, including smart contract efficiency, zero-knowledge rollups, and multiparty computation. Analyzed risks and defensibility of each topic to help inform general partners’ investment choices.
