Working as a deckhand onboard multiple Feadship Superyachts over the past 3 ½ years I was responsible for maintaining the exterior of these yachts as well as being involved in the day-to-day shipboard operations. Covering everything from mooring operations to water sports and tender driving. This role allowed me to work with high profile clients in a high paced environment. I was able to truly build upon the importance of client/guest satisfaction.Having travelled around the world several times, this role helped me to understand better cultural diversification and the benefits of experiencing it first-hand.

Managing a team in Bournemouth on various agent bank associated projects l was tasked with improving the efficiency of both internal and external processing tasks in order to increase profits. I worked with 50+ associated agent banks across all markets across all departments. This role required me to problem solve on my feet, and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds & cultures. It also taught me how best to manage department expectations given the available resources.

Working as a relationship manager at a Digital Agency, I was given a diverse portfolio of clients to manage. Progressing further with this role I then went on to manage a team of contractors in London who were sub-contracted by RedWeb.This role required a great deal of out of the office responsibility and taught me a great deal on time management and effective organisation.
