Current-Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and review contracts for a large base of aerospace customers nationwide-Generate creative solutions to support customer needs daily while aligning to Hexcel salesstrategies/initiatives, effectively liaising with several departments across the organization in the process-Visit multiple customer facilities to provide on-site customer service support while developing key relationships-Provide training and mentorship to new hires to obtain competency in their roles andcontinue to develop their talents-Develop demand forecasts aligning to customer needs & market trends-Quickly developed expertise in the Hexcel Matrix product line and ERP software, becoming a key participant in the transition of ERP systems-Participated in the development of new tools to enhance customer responsiveness and improve Hexcel’s value proposition to customers
