- Creating and maintaining an organized system for research information storage/retrieval- Creating and implementing the company's first research ops protocols- Collaborating with designers, product teams, and developers to research user pain points and suggest improvements to the product- Developing a research toolbox and training product teams on its use - Managing the implementation and interpretation of user research at all stages of the design and product lifecycles

- Planning and leading user-focused research initatives at all levels within the company- Conducting user research to inform B2C strategy for both online and offline user-focused content- Industry research both at in person conferences and in online environments using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Implementing new and trending events in the industry based on user feedback and ethnographic research- Training and managing staff

- Working with multiple departments to understand user needs in the creation of events, merchandise, and online user-focused systems.- Attending community outreach events to communicate directly with our attendee and user base- Taking charge of small scale events to keep operation within user-focused strategy guidelines
