- lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process- review weekly, monthly and quarterly performance results of all stores located in HK & Macau- analyse and evaluate new store opening proposals- oversee and lead the store finance team- review and optimise policies and procedures related to store finance- act as finance representative in new POS system implementation- re-engineer on store finance workflow after new POS launch - manage and lead interim and year-end stock take for all retail stores and warehouses- act as the contact point for banking provider and manage issues relating to the bank and commercial card accounts- provide coaching and supervision to team members
