I am a marine biology professional with experience in ecological field research, environmental monitoring, and data analysis. I am passionate about conservation and ocean-centered climate solutions. As a Marine Biology Management Intern at the City of San Diego Ocean Monitoring Program, I assist with field sample collection and manage sample organization, while developing skills in R and ArcPro for independent projects.My background included experience at NOAA's Katchemak Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, where I completed a self-guided research project involving literature review, field study, and data analysis which culminated in a report used by the reserve to continue my project. My role as a Research Assistant in the Aron Climate Psychology and Action Lab at UCSD enhanced my expertise in experimental design and data analysis.As the New Member Coordinator for the Green New Deal at UCSD, I successfully integrated new members and fostered community engagement.
