Platoon Commander of a long-range specialist Reconnaissance Platoon. Responsible for management and administration of a specialist team, developing team members, report writing, overseeing HR issues. including performance management, behavioral aspects, and cohesive working. Planning military training, development caeers accounting and managing equipment.

Platoon Sergent of a thirty personal Platoon. Before returning to a specialist long-range reconnaissance and surveillance smaller sixteen personal Platoon as the Platoon Commander. Also delivered a number of ten-week courses to individuals within the Division training to become long-range reconnaissance soldiers.

Responsible for command and control of twelve personnel within a mainstream Infantry Rifle Company. Roles including mission planning and execution of section-level operations. Continuation training of subordinates and maintaining the Army core ethos.

Infantry Training Centre, Catterick. Two-year instructors posting from my parent Unit. Delivering phase one and two training to individuals joining the British Army. working with both adult and junior intakes.

Second in command of an eight personal specialist team. Primarily working in long range surveillance and reconnaissance.
