-Managed all accessories and headwear from conception through production.-Worked closely with production manager & and creative director to create innovative and trend-driven collections.-Collaborated with creative director and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure outstanding design execution while meeting business objectives.-Partnered with Executive Leadership on seasonal inspiration, concept direction, and trends.-Creating technical packages for different production categories including cut-n-sew apparel, graphics, accessories, and special programs.-Assisted in expanding, continuing to develop, and elevating Only NY’s apparel offering.-Worked closely with the production manager throughout the development process to ensure development and production timelines are met. -Helped design and conceptualize all graphic and accessories-related projects.
