I improve business processes in the IT infrastructure for the stable operation of information systems and the rapid implementation of new business projects.The main focus of my work is the development of the company’s infrastructure services and the transformation of IT infrastructure into the cloud. My team implements interfaces for infrastructure services, develops backend and UI, providing an API and a web portal for quickly obtaining resources and platforms.Our cloud implements the Hybrid cloud approach, which allows the client to choose whether his service will work in the internal infrastructure or with a cloud provider. For internal infrastructure, a choice of virtualization platforms is also available from several used in the bank. The mechanisms of interaction with the infrastructure do not change for the customer.The launch of such a product requires not only technical implementation, but also a deep immersion in the tasks of clients and the processes of departments supporting specific infrastructure services. To promote new processes and the Infrastructure as Code approach, meetings are held with teams and regular presentations at status meetings of the IT department. A knowledge base and examples for specific client tasks is organized and developed.
