I have worked in a variety of setting before arriving to physical therapy. Growing up I was involved in various martial arts and sport communities as well as children's programs. In these roles as a leader I have realize the importance that movement and physical activity play in both the physical and mental health of individuals. I have always working to improve my skills with patient care and education to better serve as a therapist. The healthcare field is an ever-changing area and the challenge that comes with this is rewarding as patient outcomes improve and needs are met. I enjoy working with colleagues who both support one another and work to improve clinical skills and understanding with exchange of ideas and discussion.
