With the team I began as their Clubhouse Manager. In this position, I was in charge of issuing uniforms to all players as well as cleaning the clubhouse and organizing all equipment before, during, and after each game. I was then promoted to field manager where I was in charge of getting the field ready before the season begin. To do this I mowed, fertilized, laid sod, hung billboards, etc. The last position I held with the Bucs was Assistant of Ballpark Operations. In this position, I ran the team office, selling tickets, establishing new sponsors, and set up game promotions. I did a lot of maintenance around the stadium including, fixing seats, fences, and concession stand repair. During game days I made sure everything from concession stands to game day staff was in order. If it wasn't, I would fix it in a very professional manner.
