Project Manager responsible for leading the estimate and overall construction of the Northern Delivery System pipeline and pump station in Monument, CO. Scope includes 5-1/2 miles of 16" water pipe and construction of a booster pump station. Lead 7 staff employees and up to 30 craft during the project. Pipeline portion was completed in December of 2023. The pump station will be complete mid 2024.

Lead the estimate and then managed procurement and construction of the process mechanical scope of the Northwater Treatment Plant a $400M CMAR project. Scope included approximately $20M of specialized water treatment equipment and pipe including pumps, blowers, flocculators, and a hydroturbine. Lead the staff and craft associated with this scope during the four years of construction.

Lead project estimates for water and wastewater projects throughout US ranging from $1m-$300m including Alternative Delivery/Best Value pursuits.

Civil Project Manager overseeing construction of $130 million Waste Water Treatment Plant in Denver. Responsible for project mobilization, subcontracts, material contracts, submittals, material procurement, pay requests, change orders, RFI's, ect. Direct supervisor for 2-4 Project Engineers.For the 2nd Phase of the project was the Project Manager with overall project responsibility including safety, schedule, cost, quality, and supervising a staff of 10 engineers and superintendents and 50 craft employees. Project was completed on time with high quality.

Responsible for layout of several projects ranging in size from 60 million to 190 million. Was Chief Field Engineer at the Prairie Waters Plant Project, overseeing layout of all work ($190 million). Managed a layout crew of eight Field Engineers, using GPS, total station, data collectors and AutoCAD to maintain vertical and horizontal control of all structures, pipe, earthwork and roads.
