Dental Implant Group is a dental support organization (DSO) that specializes in supporting dental implant and cosmetic dentistry centers. Our proven sales and marketing funnel helps practices bring more patients in. Our knowledge and connections of laboratory vendors and the digital full-arch workflow helps practices deliver patients beautiful prosthetics at cost-effective lab prices. We also provide non-clinical support services to help dentists focus on giving the best care to patients.

- Created and presented a plan to a panel of Boeing Executives to help Boeing save $110M a year by creating a team of employees dedicated to process improvement/automation throughout the entire enterprise- Automated the process of procuring information for part 130 of the ITAR, saving the GTC team 20 hours a month- Filed a DSP-73 export license, allowing Boeing to export over $17M in military product

- Led a team of interns in conducting due diligence on a potential venture capital investment- Evaluated 5 pitch presentations, dissecting each company’s business model, profit potential, and management team- Presented our investment memo to the CEO of XIO Group, Joseph Pacini

The Social Venture Academy is a student run venture capital fund that helps student entrepreneurs and social innovators develop their business model and gain access to capital- Consulted a team of student entrepreneurs to develop their company from the ground up, providing access to funding of up to $15,000 and insights on how to solve problems of starting/running a company- Participated in a 16-week long training course on how to create and validate ideas, make lean prototypes, test assumptions, and execute a business plan

- Evaluated 20+ pitch presentations, dissecting each company’s business model, profit potential, and management team- Conducted due diligence on a potential company investment, creating and presenting an investment memo to the GP and board members of the firm
