Lead Administrator, Developer, and Architect for Credit.com'sServiceNow platform. My duties include platform administration,maintenance, and development. I work with department leads todevelop solutions for pain points in their processes.

I started as a level 1 Helpdesk Technician then quickly moved up to aDesktop Support Technician. My responsibilities included working withend users to troubleshoot issues, user access requests, as well ashardware preparation and maintenance.

Built and maintained 3 home/office computers that are used for businessapplications. I also implemented and maintained the company websiteand ran the social media campaigns. Built and maintained a basicQuickBooks Server for assisting with bookkeeping. Built and maintainedinventory databases, spreadsheets, and other forms and reports asnecessary.

For DocuTech I used a combination of HTML, CSS, XML, and aproprietary OOP language to build and maintain a library of mortgagedocument templates. Other responsibilities were training new peopleand developing new practices within their proprietary code and printengine. I maintained the user knowledge base for the XML Documentsgroup and worked closely with the other departments to gather andinterpret requirements for new document templates and updates to thecurrent library.
