Academy coach for the Ealing Trailfinders U18s EPP (Elite Player Pathway). Looking to develop talented players from around the area and from associated schools and colleges to hopefully progress into the Senior Academy. With this role it has also allowed exposure to working with Senior Academy to develop myself further as a coach.

- Lead on session design- Lead on 1st team rugby matters (game plan)- Lead on day to day staff management of the elite programme- Oversee the development programme at The Henley College- Help transition players from the Development programme to the Elite programme

- Assisting in the day to day operations of the Ealing Trailfinders ACE programme. - 1st team coach.- Working on player recruitment & player development.- Providing a pathway for ACE players to progress into the Ealing Trailfinders EPP and Senior Academy.

- Navigate the college rugby programme through the uncertainty of continuing, due to Covid 19 and not having a professional club connection.- Manage the transition from the Wasps AASE programme to Ealing Trailfinders Elite programme- Recruit 50 players to start a brand new programme, whilst being in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic- Aiding in setting up.

- Assist in coaching the Wasps AASE elite programme, developing talented rugby players to progress into professional rugby.- Lead coach for the 2nd XV- Working with many talented players such as a number of Wasps Academy players, Spanish U18s players, Scotland U19s and England U17s.

- Helping assess players on the south west trial day and discuss with coaches on selection of the regional u20s team.- Go to county games in the South West region to select players for the trial process

Coaching the 1st XV in level 7. Transforming a very forward orientated team, to a team who could rely on the backs to attack with dynamism and stretch the game. Also it was great to be given the opportunity as at the time I was the youngest coach in the league at 21.
