We are not there to simply tick boxes, but to add real value to our client’s business + their projects.Our CDM & BSA services combine process + structure to professional proactive coordination + management, from a basis of sound construction knowledge and CDM experience, in accordance with the capability requirements of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. Here to help the client + wider team… not hinder or obstruct as many CDM professionals have done since 1994.We have grown significantly over the past few years - now upto 40 staff (Q4 2024) - we always ensure that the team have capacity + resources available to react to client + project design team’s needs (because ‘things’ happen on projects, that need urgent attention). This is why we always implement a structure to our delivery that ensures - the client is not solely reliant on one specific person at Project Four. As part of our client + project support we have Director involvement on ALL Projects.
