Responsible for completing in-store shopping for curbside orders. Navigate the store and communicate with all departments to put together customers’ orders prior to their arrival. Put together and retrieve orders in a timely fashion in the curbside staging room upon customer arrival and close to delivery driver arrivals. During this process, responsible for ensuring all parts of each order are on par with or above company standards. Assists in the sanitation and general upkeep of the curbside facilities; handles tasks such as sweeping, cart and fridge cleaning, as well as taking out the trash and recycling. Correspondence with customers and delivery drivers in ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. This often includes adding, removing, or replacing parts of orders in a swift fashion.

Facilitated post school-day activities and supervised elementary school aged children during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Spent time keeping facilities clean and well-kept. Worked with a team of fellow counselors and staff to ensure children had opportunities for entertainment as well as homework completion.

Responsible for ensuring that all curbside orders were correct and given to arriving customers promptly. Helped facilitate communications between the central Supercenter and other branches in the Houston area. Assisted full-time staff with various activities around the store and office, such as front-desk reception and unloading deliveries. Made sure that all items in the store and in storage were accounted for, labelled, and in their correct locations.

Assisted law firm in daily clerical tasks and handled any additional requests by attorneys and paralegals. Created binders used by attorneys in trial and helped file and organize documents by case. Attended mediations and hearings for separate cases.
