As a shift equipment technician I am responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes in my assigned area while working in partnership with production team members and area engineers. I monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues. I also assist with equipment installs; tests; creation and modification of equipment procedures; and increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, thoroughly document all maintenance performed on established check sheets and tracking programs, and routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures. I monitor, analyze and address SPC issues for area processes on a daily basis and respond to SPC out of control issues. I complete all required safety trainings and conduct all work in a safe manner. Throughout shift I keep the Technician/Engineer Supervisor updated on tool and area issues.

Worked on the McMurdo Science Station on Ross Island, Antarctica, as part of the United States Antarctic Program. In addition to performing electrical maintenance within the base, I also had the opportunity to assist on the NPOESS (National Polar Orbital Environmental Satellite System) project for NASA; which included running 3” and 4” ridged conduit, supported and maintained electrical issues on various science field camps within the area, as well as completed the initial electrical set up of the Western Antarctic Ice Shelf field camp. The utmost attention to detail and safety was critical while working in the extreme cold weather conditions of Antarctica. Teamwork also played a crucial role in performing job functions in a safe and timely manor.

Job duties included, but were not limited to, electrical troubleshooting, corrective repairs on commercial and residential buildings, new construction, remodels, and other miscellaneous electrical and mechanical work. Worked mainly in commercial field and have experience with voltages up to 277/480 three phase.

Responsible for: the account setup and maintenance of Financial Institutions within North America and Canada. Specialize in project management of mergers & acquisitions for a total of 27 states, including multiple National Accounts; perform research, analysis & issue resolution for financial institutions; cross functional relationship with multiple departments and all levels of management, both internal and external.

Responsible for: enhancement of relationships between American Express and Travelers Cheque selling outlets; identification of trends and key business drivers to improve sales and retention; generation of incremental revenue; and retention of high priority accounts within the Account Development Unit. Managed a portfolio consisting of 2,846 accounts which generated a total Travelers Cheque sales volume of $431,546,980.00. Led the VAT team in number of prepaid contracts received for a total sales volume of $3,682,900.00. Responsibilities also included: leading discussions and presentations, working under tight deadlines, and managing constantly changing priorities and industry standards.
