As the head of the Heino - Group Controlling team. I had overall responsibility of management accounting, budgeting and forecasting in our Group companies. I was responsible of developing the group business intelligence models for forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting for the whole of the Heino Group. I worked closely with the Group management teams and boards of directors, providing them with data and analysis for desicion making and strategic development. I also had a key role in supporting the Heino Group portfolio companies, where Heino is an active owner, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities. Megaklinikka Oy was sold to Panostaja Oyj in March 2015. The process of selling Megaklinikka Oy started in 2014, where I had a major role. After the merger, my focus was on international expansion. I was responsible for the Group Financials for the expansion to Sweden as well as supporting the growth of the licensing business in Finland. member of the management team where I took part in the strategic development of Megaklinikka’s concept. I also continued as secretary for the board of directors.Megaklinikka Oy was founded in 2010, and is a dental clinic with a unique concept where the treatment process and resources are managed by Megaklinikka’s own ERP system and the business is strongly data driven. The customer get’s all the needed treatments in one seating, without being forced to book several appointments. Megaklinikka’s concept has officially been proven to increase efficiency significantly, approximately up to 30% compared to the traditional way of delivering dental services. Megaklinikka also has a licensing business with a strong market-share within the public sector in Finland.

I was responsible for Megaklinikka’s finances. My focus was on improving the company’s profitability and cash-flow, building and implementing the platforms for Megaklinikka’s financial management- and reporting systems. My work included building and implementing budgeting trough-out the company personnel, building budget/forecast models for cash-flow and financial reporting. I had a major role in developing the Business Intelligence models, as well as dashboards and KPI models in Qlikview, which are vital for the management and governance of the company. As a member of the management team where I took part in the strategic development of Megaklinikka’s concept. I also worked as the secretary for the board of directors, where I reported the financials directly to the board of directors.

Megaklinikka Oy was founded in 2010, and is a dental clinic with a unique concept where the treatment process and resources are managed by Megaklinikka’s own ERP system and the business is strongly data driven. As Office Manager, I was responsible for back-office tasks where my focus was on building and developing a platform for the company’s back-office processes concerning customer documentation, billing etc. As Office Manager, I was also a member of the management team where I took part in the strategic development of Megaklinikka’s concept. I also worked as the secretary for the board of directors.
