For years, I have worked in teaching ESL and from the very beginning I felt inspired to do my best for every student. Being in charge of a language learning program has also helped me understand that I also feel passionate about encouraging and leading a team of people. My background in Anthropology has made me aware of my desire to work with people, be it teaching, managing or both!For me, a big challenge leads to a big reward. Therefore I'm constantly pushing myself and when possible helping others do the same. I enjoy learning things on my own and then applying what I learn at work and in life. I believe that good leadership and teamwork can bring the best out of people.
