Process Planning Intern
Logistics Planning Intern specialising in assisting Lineside Planning.- Led the coordination, loading and unloading and storage of more than 200 lineside part racks to prepare for F6X launch - Planned, steered and implemented a brand new container concept for an assembly process. Involved highlighting the problem, investigating potential solutions, aligning with process partners before approaching several suppliers.- Solely responsible for updating department KPIs on a monthly basis.- Became skilled on 3D visualising software Unreal Engine, harnessing its uses to create up to date and measurement accurate models of different assembly lines to allow for future planning premises to be trialed on the software first.- One of three employees at Plant Oxford trialing and learning 3D software IPOLOG, with the goal of teaching experienced lineside planners the software to help improve their planning processes. - Collected data for and compiled quarterly and bi yearly spreadsheets highlighting the amount of none returnable packaging the plant was using to be compliant with new packaging tax laws. - Lead daily team meetings with lineside planners to update Microsoft Project tracker.
