Co organising the South West Aquaculture Network (“SWAN”) a network of marine stakeholders that aims to encourage cross sectoral working and technology transfer for the benefit of the aquaculture andwider Maritime industries.Part of the Maritime UK South West (MUKSW) the network aligns more broadly with MUKSW objectives to bring together the breadth of South West England’s ocean economy, working in partnership to champion, grow and clean the marine sector, by aligning the region’s existing and emerging strengths.

Developing, managing, and overseeing consultancy projects concerning nature inclusive designs (NID) in the Aquaculture, Coastal Defence, and Offshore Wind sectors internationally. Focusing on due process and planning of impact, within legislative and regional context frameworks through to design, installation, and monitoring. Reports generated are used for Tender submissions or projects or client's commercial or regulatory interests. Liaising closely with the R&D team to bring innovations in the sector to our clients whilst minimizing risk, through detailed engineering analysis utilizing state-of-the-art software such as Orcaflex and FLOW-3D.Feeding back to the R&D teams regarding target sector requirements for important metrics and use cases for new product development.Continuously monitoring and assessing implications of new policy frameworks against industry-known best (or common) practices. Research Technician servicing RAS systems and its livestock species, for research purposes. Opening experimental design with accurate distribution of fish by biomass and gradings as per experimental design. Assessing and reporting species-specific fish and crustacean health indicators.
