I have come on board with Advance-TRS as a Associate Recruitment Consultant. I found myself interviewing for plenty of roles in the recruitment industry , however after meeting with the internal recruiter and the managing director I was immediately sold on the company. The motivation and drive to succeed was a huge incentive and something I consider to be very important. I am currently being thoroughly trained by all members of the office and I am very much looking forward to learning the business and becoming an important member of the Advance-TRS team.

My role with the company was to take over as Acting Company Owner, initially this was only to be proposed over a short term basis. However the situation changed , allowing me to take this role over on a permanent basis.My main duties were to manage almost all aspects of the business, ranging from preparing meetings with clients , recruiting new staff members and bringing in new projects. I felt this challenge was extremely testing, in more aspects than one. Dealing with company Directors, and negotiating overs huge sums of money was at first very new to me. This being said after a short time and a vast amount of work I really began to both enjoy and excel in this role. I found myself pushing for bigger projects and looking to increase the work force on a daily basis.I feel this position has added a wealth of knowledge and experience to both myself personally whilst also being a great bonus work wise. I left the company on good terms and extremely driven to succeed in my next role with Advance-TRS.
