Industry fascinates me. Machines, processes, engineering. It's loud and it smells of oil and work. I've always thought about how things can be made better, whether as a child with Lego, during various internships and holiday jobs in industry or later during my studies as an industrial engineer. Fun fact: Today I look after customers who are suppliers to Lego for my employer NSK Europe. So the circle is complete. Fortunately, NSK Europe's products are used in really every industrial company, so I see many different sectors and applications. I am particularly fascinated by the project work: diving deep into the topics, together with customers and their customers. Finding solutions, optimising processes and keeping an eye not only on the technical side of collaboration, but also on the human side. After all, it's people who make the industry run.
