In response to a growing need in the marketplace, I launched TRIUMPH Law - a law firm focused on providing experienced, nimble and personal (yet affordable) legal counsel for high-growth companies, their founders and investors. Because deal size often does not correlate 1:1 with business risk, it can be a struggle for a Buyer or seller to secure experienced legal counsel in a modest-sized deal without disproportionate legal spend. We bring tremendous value to smaller M&A deals, roll-up acquisitions or “acquihire” transactions.+ Investor Counseling – we service the often unmet need for support and counsel for early stage angel investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and micro-VCs in early stage lead investing or co-investment.
