As a current Master's student, following the degree of Digital Business and Innovation at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, my academic journey is focused on the cutting-edge realms of digital transformation and technology's role in reshaping business landscapes. This degree allows me to delve into key areas such as Information Systems, Digital Business, Business Process Transformation, and the Management of Digital Innovation. These courses have not only broadened my understanding but have also equipped me with the tools and insights necessary to navigate and lead in the relevant digital business landscape. My Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, underscored by a thesis on “How can businesses improve their core processes with the help of AI?”, has provided me with a strong base for my current studies. This exploration into AI, by writing my Bachelor Thesis on AI's application in business processes, marked the beginning of my deep interest in how technology can be a catalyst for business improvement and innovation. I am committed to continue my learning and development in the fields of digital transformation and innovation and am always looking for new opportunities to broaden my knowledge within this domain. Professionally, I am part of Vandebron, a leading Dutch green energy supplier, where I began in sales before moving to the Electric Vehicle (EV) department. This role not only aligns with my passion for sustainable solutions but, since Vandebron is a large GreenTech organization, also serves as a practical application of my learning in digital transformation.
