Day to day responsibilities:- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for Plant Applications.- Application test of versions and patches.- Vendor contact including bridging contact to support and development- Application champion of Plant 3DGlobalization projectStreamline engineering tools as well as core business processes and promote best practice.The project is executed with agile approach.- Globally distributed project team- Global Standardization of Plant Engineering software according to a OneX-concept. o On-going dialog with global content standardization.- Dialog with stakeholders on requirements and workflow o Mapping process workflows o Investigate future requirements- Connecting with pre- and post-processes to define interfaces- Reporting to PMO and Steering committee.- Adapting standard product: o Adding company specific look and feel o Custom data scheme o Tag-setup- Assembling deployment package- Ensure documentation and user manuals

Being a part of a strong project team execution projects within Food and Pharma region south, covering Denmark and southern part of Sweden. Adding value with process and plant design.Functions:- Plant and process design within Food, Feed, dairy and pharma industries.- Equipment inspections- Customer specific adaptions to project to ensure fit with customer requirements for documentation, tag etc.- Member of the Danish internal quality Group to represent the process segment and being a part of executing internal audits of projects.

Day to day tasks- Coordinating and setting up the toolbox for the design work- Support for designers globally - Project Department Kick-in - 3D modeling and layout - 2D extractions- Conversion between formats- General IT support- Animation and visualization of plants and complete sites. Operational and maintenance tasks- Setting up and maintain company level configuration with separate site config elements- Setting up customer specific setup on Project level- Software test of adaptions, patches, new releases and workflow in cooperation with supplier.- Creating in-house customizations with test and deployment.- Performing deployment and upgrades on - MicroStation - AECOsim Building designer - ProjectWise – Document management system with global setup, Including, but not limited to: Caching servers, Plot servers and integration servers. - Creating manuals and guides- Training / courses held globally- New CAD system, evaluation process and selection process. Followed by implementation in two phases. Phase one including 2D work and DMS system Phase two 3D work including AECOsim.

- Making calculations and quotation on single piece production involving laser cutting, bending, welding and installation.- Design work on custom made machines and rails, decks etc.- Programming and planning laser cutter and bend efforts.- Handling of urgent requests from customers and carry through production.

- Moving production base to 3D- Restructuring of base model design to reduce stock of shelf- parts and finished machines- Creating manufacturing drawing- Maintain Item lists and production routes- Creating and maintaining Spare parts catalogs- LEAN implementation in Production- House photographer for catalogs, www and profile images
