Market: UAEMy scope: - Task: restart the current product while preserving the functionality and fixing the reputation- My target is: retention, churn, activation rate- Regular communication and customer interviews about business tasks, goals and metrics- Creating PRD for the new product- Setting tasks for design- Managing deadlines and backlog- Research of ready-made systems for using backend systems on the market- Prioritization of tasks according to RICE- Compiling a user story and use cases- Compilation of quests for users and reward system within the loyalty programme
