CurrentAs Head of Department, I am responsible for the office's organisation, staff, project quality and business development. My daily work as an architect, with over 20 years of experience, spans many areas within the architectural field. I do the department management in the company FRS, lead themes and project processes so that they can carry out the tasks, to deliver quality, on time and to budget. I also manage and support the staff's personal and professional competence development.My skills are widespread, in several areas, including strategic organizational project management, innovative architecture development, project development, customer contact, negotiation and completion of contracts, construction consultancy, process management, purchasing and contracting, construction calculations in relation to project budgets, local plans, front runner in relation to obtaining approvals from the municipality etc.I have a strong background in construction and legal affairs, as well as government contacts, with a large network in the industry with daily contact with various clients who are returning many times. In my spare time I am a writer and write books. The last one published is Kreativitet - på alle planer & dimensioner. I also have done translating of poem books from Turkish poem.
