It Support Specialist
Current- Provides end-user support for all hardware and software to Southeast Asia user community.- Support includes resolution of hardware and software issues, purchase, installation and setup of new computers, installation and configuration of network printers, installation of software and license maintenance.- Receive support requests from the Help Desk and attempt to resolve issues, escalating more complicated problems to senior specialists.- Responsible for maintaining the IT asset inventory and ensuring that all corporate policies and procedures are followed.
