HR analyst in the department of DTE Field HR NA (North America) supporting the United States and Canada.Tasks and responsibilities: -Overtime Tracking.-Talent Retention through salary increases and bonus awards.-Staff Assistance.-Assembling and preparation of work files for a specific population.-Process changes in the life cycle of employees: such as salary variations, vacations, salary changes, roles, promotions, among others.-Assembling and preparation of work files for the employees of a specific population in the United States.- Report of people leaving the organization- Follow-up in Team Meetings and generation of annotations for team members.

Tasks and Responsibilities:-Work Absenteesim for administrative staff and operators.-Overtime Tracking.- Staff Assistance.- Special Event and Celebration coordination ie Birthday gifts.-Assembling and preparation of work files.-Assembling and preparation of work credentials.-Medical certificate control.-Management of benefits and support to personnel in their application and or reach.- Recruitment process.

This trip consisted of working and traveling in the amazing Australia. We spent two months working in Manly Beach doing different labour, hospitality and gardening jobs and on the last month we traveled through all the Gold Coast.
