As part of the Supply Chain Management, my role is to act as a bridge between the Supply Chain Staff (+/- 150FTE's) and the Supply Chain Management:Key duties: - Monitoring the balance between operational focus and focus on people.- Being at the steering wheel of change within the organization - assure decisions are taken as low as possible and as high as required. - Together with the line management deciding upon necessary trainings and personal development plans. - Support management with onboarding, integration, personal development, growing paths, …- Keeping track of competence levels of hard skills of the organization in order to succession management.- Focus on wellbeing within the Supply Chain department.- SPOC for recruitment and onboarding for new employees within Supply Chain.
