Internationally experienced manager-business man, with passion for creativity, art, design.Born-grown in Italy, I moved to London, UK when 22, for 4.5 years. Than moved to China in 2002, and where I am still resident-working, its already over 20 years! UPHOLSTERY I have been involved in management with some of the major global upholstery manufacturers, producing in China and selling all over the world. Being involved in many aspects of company running and management. Is always difficult to deal with a different culture but I have been involved even in personnel management, dealing with customs, suppliers, production. DESIGNAlso I started design. I do design furniture, that have been already successfully sold in major retailers worldwide. Also I designed fashion and interior decoration and other products.Than I have been involved in many other projects. Contacts around the world reach out to me for so many things and projects, both happening in China and in other places. I always reply to all. Sometimes joining in projects, sometimes giving suggestions or put in connection with right people. Sometimes even giving negative feedbacks, as I cannot be involved in all, or not always able to help everyone.PROBLEM SOLVEROne of my strenght is also dealing with Chinese workforce or business people. Even if my way of doing is not so "Chinese". I am a problem solver. When issues happens I am the one in charge to studying and finding ways to solve issues and move forward.ITALY-REAL ESTATEAnd I kept strong connections with Italy too, where now my wife Lina, and kids, are based.Beside furniture projects, I am now helping foreigners buying-invest in real estate in Italy with my wife.SPECIALTIESUpholstered furniture, Chinese market and businesses, design, materials, Italian businesses and real estate.NOTEA thing that also changed my life is the FIRE movement.
